White Squall Jeff Bridges, Caroline Goodall
Walt Disney Video, 1997
Great movie Great movie. You don't see much of Scott Wolf anymore but the movie is great and all of the actors made you a part of the story.
I recommend it if you like movies set on the ocean or boats. I guess it is also a god disaster movie too.

Homegrown John Lithgow, Jon Tenney
Sony Pictures, 1999
If you've ever lived the life then you'll appreciate this gem Homegrown is a gift to anyone who's ever taken part in the herbacious sporting life. Billy Bob Thornton plays the smartest of three underachieving men guarding a mondo sized field of weed. He handles the role of senior man on site well. His acerbic wit is outstanding ...

Little Boy Blue (1998) Ryan Phillippe, Nastassja Kinski
Warner Home Video, 1999
Compelling This movie is one of my top 5 favorites. Although I tend to like the romantics, this movie is gripping and superbly acted by Ryan Philippe. It does contain stong violence and strong sexual materials. I wish it was available in a DVD version.

Slasher Great slasher from the "screem era" of horror movies. And it looks fantastic on Blu-Ray!

Gosford Park Maggie Smith, Michael Gambon
Universal Studios, 2003
Commentary by Julian Fellowes is most enjoyable! I'm glad this DVD belongs to me for I will watch it many times. The music is lovely and Jeremy Northam and Clive Owen are easy on the eyes.
Julian Fellowes has an excellent commentary explaining the aristocracy and the servant class which made the story-line all the ...

dogs eating people IS cool arraki's teen apocalypse triology ends in the wonderfully lovely "nowhere".
of course, arraki's films always attract the WRONG audience so itll be hard for you to know which review to trust.
here's how to tell:

Playing By Heart Angelina Jolie, Dennis Quaid
Walt Disney Video, 2000
Realy Good This movie was Realy Good. If I had to compare it to anything else i've seen, it would be the movie, "Crash". Which I loved tremendously as well.
Hey, it's a great film with a full circle ending. You will NOT be disappointed.

Studio 54 Great movie/documentary! How very true all of this was. Those were the days my friend! At times I'm surprised I survived it all.

A small work of genius One of the most intelligent analyses of upper-middle class life I have ever seen - dark, funny, beautifully scripted, and above all TRUE.

Antitrust Ned Bellamy, Scott Bellis
MGM (Video & DVD), 2001
NOT BEYOND REALITY Call me an alarmist, but I see in this movie much more than an updated "Goldfinger" movie circa 1965.No, I'm afraid I see an updated '7 Days in May" intellect, controlled by brilliant, unstable,neo-Nazi civilian elements.Think about it. Robbins wants to be the first ...
