Generation What?: Dispatches from the Quarter-Life Crisis
Speck Press, 2007
Generation what?
As a person in their late 20's, i could personally relate to many of the topics in these essays. I enjoyed the book very much, because rather than giving advice about or breaking down the "quarter-life crisis," this book just gives insight about what it's like to experience it.

Who Moved My Cheese? Spencer Johnson
Vermilion, 2002
Very easy to read and understand
+ Cheese-Intriguing Metaphor + Are You in a rut
I have heard about this book for many years but somehow never read it. I went through it recently and think it's a very easy-to-read book. The idea the author wants to express is straightforward and inspirational. It's a tiny story so I finish the book in very short time. But the idea the book ...

Backlash: The Undeclared War Against American Women Susan Faludi
Three Rivers Press, 2006
A more likeable Elizabeth Wurtzel?
I found this book interesting and well written, but maybe a bit over the top. Listening to Ms. Faludi's recent interview on [...], she's an intelligent and likeable person. She's also not afraid to tell you what she thinks...for a good 500 pages. This is an apparently well researched book, but not ...
