Annihilation, Book 1 (Marvel Comics)
Keith Giffen, Dan Abnett, ...

Marvel Comics, 2007

classic

+ What is this Annihilation? DIVULGE!
+ Nine issue 'Annihilation' prologue and Act I featuring Nova and Drax the Destroyer
+ Slow start but good comic book sci-fi

Annihilation, Book 3 (Marvel Comics)
Keith Giffen, Christos Gage, ...

Marvel Comics, 2007

Finally a good epic book

+ Annihilus is the will! Annihilus is the way!
+ An overall good story

Annihilation succeeds where Marvel's Civil War failed. Civil War was boring, poorly written, and hard to swallow. Annihilation: Conquest Book 2 HC (Annihilation)
Javier Grillo-Marxuach, Dan Abnett, ...

Marvel Comics, 2008

It keeps getting better

+ Resurrection of A Great Tradition

Another Masterpiece by Marvel. It seems that anything connected with Annihilation just gets better and better, and this volume is no exception. The Stellar Drama just gets more intense, with the introduction of many characters, as well as the return of a great many old favorites. And just when ...

Awsome for what it is!

+ Holy Crap! This book has Rocket Raccoon!

I read the first Annihilation series and I'm finding I'm actually enjoying Conquest a bit more. I find the character development and art are a little better in my taste in regard to the miniseries. I also think the villains are a little scarier than the last. This Volume contains the prologue ...

Nova Volume 2: Knowhere TPB (Nova 2)
Dan Abnett, Andy Lanning, ...

Marvel Comics, 2008

About as fun a series I've read

+ Comics go Nova!
+ Blue Blazes the Human Rocket Takes Off in a big way

Nova Vol 2 Knowhere continues right from where Vol 1 left off, which I love since it keeps the reader engaged with great cliffhangers and doesn't forget the past, where Richard Rider has been and that makes where he's going that much more enjoyable. Abnett and Lanning manage to keep the Nova series ...
