ENTERTAINING EVERY TIME I WATCH IT!

+ Laws of Attraction

Unlike many other viewers, I judge a movie strictly on its entertainment value, based on how I liked it, not on how it stands up to the technical merits of previous movies of similar gender or how it fits into any format of political correctness or whether it meets some current fad of society or on ...

If I could, I'd give it 10 stars...

+ Great!

I absolutely LOVE this movie. If I were asked to named my current favorite movie, it has to be this film. The music, the mood of the entire movie, the humor, it all works beautifully. Zach Braff did a wonderful job with this picture. He wrote, directed, and starred in this and that is an amazing ...

i don't care if you normally only watch typical adam sandler movies. i don't care if you don't normally watch more serious films. this film is fantastic. it's practically more about Paz Vega's character than adam sandler's. it's about family, parenting. it's got a perfect blend of humor & ...

The Terminal (Widescreen Edition)

The terminal...

+ it's good

Based on a true story?? I can't hardly see how but it sure does make for a cute movie. Tom Hanks does an excellent job. It is a bit slow but that isn't a problem for me. A man is stuck in an airport terminal for YEARS and while there he does some reconstruction and finds true love!

Saved!

MGM (Video & DVD), 2004

Often overlooked....but so much better than Juno

+ AMAZING...
+ Funny and intelligent.

To compare Saved to Juno is probably not fair. After all, Saved deals with an issue outside of teen pregnancy. But while watching Saved, compare it to Juno was all I could do. And kudos to Saved! For me, you kicked Juno's butt! I found this dark comedy consistently funny, a little more ...

Ladder 49 (Widescreen Edition)
Joaquin Phoenix, John Travolta

Buena Vista Home Entertainment / Touchstone, 2005

Next time you see a firefighter say thanks

+ Ladder 49
+ An emotional rollercoaster of a film that leaves you breathless...

"Ladder 49" gives those of us who've never stood close to the fire a peek at the lives of those underpaid and overworked civil servants who go out every day -- and may not return. This is primarily a strong emotional drama about the bond between brothers (and sisters) in the service, not so ...
