This toy has helped my son to identify a fish and plays soothing music at bedtime. He looks forward to watching the fish and the bubbles and it makes nightime so much more enjoyable.

Our baby has used this since two months old in her crib at bedtime and naps she is entertained by it until she falls asleep. Prefers the sound of the ocean over the music. Great product.

Captures your little one's attention...

This is a great toy. I have a 19 month old and a 6 month old, so I purchased one for each.

My 19 month old loves it. It plays several, soft, different melodies and the water bubbles softly as the fish and the crab gently sway in the water.

I tied it to his crib, down at his level, so he can watch it lying down (After about 1 week, I found this is not a good idea because my son steps on it and tries to get out of his crib... the little bugger!). He learned how to turn it on and off by himself immediately. I'm surprised it fits our crib (most things don't) because we have a 4 in 1 convertible. But no problems at all.

I can hear my son at night turning it on and off, which is awesome. It means I don't have to get up and do it.

Someone mentioned that her tv remote control could control the aquarium. It's true!! Last night while pushing the button to rewind live tv (we have DirecTV) the aquarium kept turning on. That's weird but it is a little funny.

To those who complain that it runs the batteries down. Ours played all day and all night and the batteries are still running.

Others have also suggested this should come with an ac adapter. I don't know about you, but I would not want to place this in my baby's crib with a cord attached to it.
I'd rather change batteries ten times a day than risk my baby "playing" with an electrical cord that's still plugged in, only because I wanted to save on batteries.

Overall the toy/mobile is great. However, it would have been nice to have the option not to play the music and only use the night light.

Great Soother!! Remote is awesome!!

Aside from the scratches on the front that were there when we received the product the Aquarium seems durable to normal wear and tear, which have included being yanked on and hit by our toddler. It attachés to the crib securely.

The remote is great, but it would be even better if it had an option to turn the volume up and down also. That's the only reason I rated this Four Stars. We haven't had an issue with the remote at all, other than wishing it had volume contol.

This has been a great crib "soother" and does exactly that for our son. I really like that is has different options and volume control on the unit.

I also really like that there is a big push button on the front of it that enables the baby/toddler to turn it on and off themselves. We've found that on more than one occasion upon waking from a nap our son has pushed the button and we find him sitting in his crib, watching it.
