Great thermometer, but slightly tall

Pros:
Reads temperature rapidly
Has correct temperature marking for frothing milk and beverages.
Adjustable clip

Cons:
Tall, it sticks way out of my frothing pitcher.

Who should buy this? Someone looking for more consistency to their steamed milk in their coffee beverages.

My only complaint with it is the size, it is rather tall and sticks out the top of my pitcher. The sensor is also located about 2" from the end (there is a little dimple in the shaft), so it is actually outside of the cold milk (when I used 8 oz in my frothing pitcher). However, it still works well, as the temperature transmits up the metal shaft rapidly, but it would be more accurate if the sensor portion were immersed in the milk.

I would still buy this thermometer again, but I might look for a shorter version of it.
