Good Kleenex; naughty Amazon!

Having used these huge Kleenexes for years, it was great to find them readily available at Amazon. Here's the problem: the packaging. The boxes of Kleenex are shipped in their original packaging BUT this is placed inside a huge Amazon box with so much space to spare that they have to fill it with more scrunched up paper. It's an environmental disaster.

Reducing environmental impact used to be an option. Now we know it's a necessity. When can we expect Amazon to get environmentally friendly? C'mon, guys! You can do it!

Excellent product

This size Kleenex is hard to find in stores. My husband first started buying them after finding them in one particular store but they are often out of stock. Our family loves them because they're much larger than the regular ones so you don't have to worry about a mess when you use them! They're great!

Not too bad!

These are great for stopping germs. Hands down, they're absolutely AWESOME for that. Plus, they don't tear up your nose and face and they do a great job of absorbing all the wayward mucousal excretions winding their way down your face. However, the stuff they use on these tissues to stop the germs is pretty strong. So much so that if you have it on your face prior to inhaling prior to blowing your nose, that stuff gets down your throat and makes you cough. Happens to everyone in this house. That's my only complaint about them. If you can remember to hold it away from your face prior to inhaling, then they're wonderful. Recommend!

Depends on who are using these

It really depends on who is using these tissues to rate them.

My husband and I really like them, because we normally need to grab two or three tissues to blow our noses (especially my husband) so we notice a box of these lasts much longer than a normal-sized box of tissues.

My son (5) however, doesn't undstand the concept of "folding over and using again" so he wastes these tissues. Not a good idea for little noses....

very large, thick tissues

These 3-ply tissues are nice and thick, which means no breaking through while using them. They were a bit larger than I expected though. They are the "extra large" size. This means each tissue is about 40% larger than regular tissues. this might be good for some folks, but was larger than we needed. My husband likes these since they don't have lotion, he can use them to clean his glasses. Now, if only Amazon would carry the 3-ply, without lotion in the regular size, we would be set.
