This deluxe Sights and Sounds version of the Over-the-Track Signal. It's the perfect item for any Thomas fan to expand their world of make-believe train play. Features electronic train signals with working lights and sounds. Made of real wood materials. Requires 2 "AA" batteries (included).

Great Thomas addition!

Not sure why the previous reviewer gave this only 3 stars after praising it so highly. That aside, the Deluxe Over-the-Track Signal is worth much praise! My two-year-old absolutely adored it the first time he played with it...after months of play it still gets daily use at our house! Highly recommended.

My son LOVES the Thomas & Friends wooden railway system, and this piece is no exception. As a parent, I have to say that the quality of this piece is not what I expected. In general, the wooden railway set pieces are primarily wood. The Deluxe Over-the-track Signal has wooden rails on it, but is otherwise mostly plastic, which is a disappointment.

It works!!!

Purchased this signal for my three-year old grandson's birthday. It was a hit!! He has played with the signal daily and, as hard as he is on toys, it's still in perfect working condition. In fact, this one gift worked so well that I bought more and more and more and he now has a mini-working railroad in his play room.
