Multi-ground electrodes improve ignition capabilities and are less sensitive to increased voltage requirements due to gap growth. Designed to specific manufacturer ignition requirements in either supplementary gap, intermittent discharge, or semi-surface discharge, all for various firing tip self cleaning abilities. Platinum center electrode for extended life. Multi-ground plugs maintain all features of NGK's traditional plugs including corrugated ribs, pure alumina silicate ceramic insulator for greater strength and better heat transfer, copper core and triple interior seal.
why pay $17.95 @ dealership?
exact same as oem bmw. changed at 78k when manufacter says 100k. wish I had of changed @ 65k miles as big performance difference.
OEM at Amazon Price !!!!!
For those people who are scared to try outside the dealership, buy this. When I took out the originals guess what.....they are the same company except BMW written on them along with the NGK name. They fit very well. My car idles at much lower rpm (BMW 323i). Changed them in less then a hr. will be definitely buying car products from amazon in future.
Great
This spark plug was but in my A6 4.2 and it works great. It also improved my MPG a little.
Laser is the way to go...
I replaced my OEM NGK (BMW) spark plugs for my e46 and this is exactly the same as the ones you would get from a dealership...the only thing missing would be the BMW mark. Great deal and super craftsmanship.
Best for BMW 4.4L V8
This is original equipment for the BMW 540i.
After 80k miles, I did a quick tune-up. I temporarily put Autolite Platinums in my car and the computer MPG average showed a drop of 5 MPGs on a tank. I put a new set of these NGK's back in and the MPGs went back up.
