ROMANCE perfume was designed by RALPH LAUREN in 1999. Its fragrant nature explores essences of tangerine, chamomile, and freesia, blended with notes of ginger, violet and oakmoss. Romance body lotion worn in combination with the perfume creates a true romantic fragrance experience. Romance for women is packaged in a beautiful clear bottle and is enclosed in a soft pink box. Other fragrances by Ralph Lauren are Ralph, Polo Sport for women and Glamorous.

Surprisingly good

I have a few perfumes and I have to say that this is one of the top ones on my shelf. I wear it all the time. I saw it in the store and had to have it. Very clean and not too strong. Most perfumes that I have are nice, but after a day or two of wearing them, I get a headache. So far, this perfume has not caused headaches so that's a plus. I'm quite happy with this purchase and would recommend this perfume to any female!

Romance is wonderful

Ralph Lauren Romance is a very romantic sensuous fragrance. I receive many compliments when I wear it. Not too strong. Not too light. As I said in other reviews -Great price!!!!!!

Pretty, but not unusual

This is a fresh, crisp floral with distinct perfumey notes underneath. It's pretty, and it's certainly feminine. The pale pink box really says it all- if I had to assign this perfume a color, it would be pale pink. This is a nice enough scent, but it really isn't anything special to me. It's one feminie floral perfume out of many. I don't mind wearing it, but it doesn't really do anything for me either. Ideally, I'd like to rate this perfume a 3.5.
