The innovative
Balance
Ball
Chair
lets you reap the benefits of the popular BalanceBall right at your workspace. This patented design lets you do tension-relieving techniques while seated in the chair - or simply remove the ball to stretch and strengthen key muscles without a trip to the gym. Relieves stress on the spine, helps prevent back discomfort and repetitive motion disorders, helps prevent health issues related to poor posture, illustrates non-impact strengthening exercises and stretching and keeps you active, even on busy work days. When you sit in the BalanceBall Chair, the ball acts as a shock absorber and eases your body into an ergonomic position. When your muscles become stiff or whenever you want a break, the exercises in this guide will help you relax, build strength and foster a wide range of health benefits. Exercises performed with the BalanceBall in the chair offer maximum support, stability and convenience. Exercises performed on the ball alone allow greater range of movement. The BalanceBall Chair was developed with Dr. Randy Weinzoff a pioneer in chiropractic care. Trained at the acclaimed Palmer West University in California, Dr. Weinzoff runs his successful practice in Santa Monica, CA based on his philosophy of "Vitality through total alignment of the whole being." Some assembly required.

Good Chair for Space Challenged Environment
This compact comfortable
chair
is great for small spaces, such as condos. It is an unusually comfortable and set up was a breeze.
Gaiam Chair is a must have for office people.
I am a retail buyer and I sit at my desk anywhere from 9-12 hrs a day. My back was killing me and several other buyers in our offfice have this
chair
. It definitely makes a difference in my work day. It helps your posture and gives you support to sit up straight. My back doesn't hurt anymore. It didn't take much to set up the chair and trust me, I am technically challenged. My assistant and I had it up and running within 10 minutes. It does take 3-4 days for it to expand to its full size, so don't be alarmed as I was. Just keep the pump handy in your desk drawer. The chair comes w/the pump. By far, Amazon had the lowest price when I was pricing it out online w/shipping and all.

Balance Chair
Three persons in our department are using the
Gaiam
Balance
Chair
. It works well, except the
ball
has to be reinflated more often than they thought. In order to stay seated on the chair, it requires good posture, so that is great.
A Novelty Seat
It's comfortable, good height for a desk. Would be better with a higher backrest. Wheels for moving around are just OK quality. It's good for a second
chair
to use when you need a change.
Gaiam Ball Chair
The
chair
seems fine; however, the thing they provide to inflate the
ball
is terrible. It stopped working almost immediately. Now I have to find a way to inflate the ball before I can use the chair. Not too happy about this!
