The original California hot sauce!! Blend of jalapeno and red peppers. This sauce is a mainstay in most restaurants in Monterey and Carmel. Adds some zing to taco's, eggs, fish, steaks, bloody marys or whatever you wish to top.

Love it!

My husband and I love this stuff! We tried it for the first time about 10 years ago at a small steakhouse in central California. We have kept it in our fridge ever since. We used to be able to buy it in the grocery stores in California, but since moving to Arizona we now purchase it online. We love it with grilled New York steaks.

Hands Down the Best

I tasted this at the Olive Pit in Corning, CA on an olive burger this summer and I couldn't get over it. I eat a lot of hot sauce and I believe this is the best I've ever tasted. It is now a staple in my fridge.

The best hot sauce I've ever had

This hot sauce has a complex flavor that goes with just about everything. I particularly like it with broccoli in cheese sauce! I've also had it on pork chops and buffalo chicken. It's zesty without being a wallop of peppery heat. Highly recommended!
