This efficient and powerful
food
processor
wastes no space? or time! That's because it utilizes an innovative design that includes a 9-
cup
work
bowl
for large jobs and a
4-cup
bowl with
mini
-blade for smaller tasks. A high-performance induction motor chops, blends, shreds, slices and kneads with ease using a variety of interchangeable blades. Switch between continuous and pulse processing using the simple touch control pad. Full-size feed tube and pusher. One-year replacement warranty.
Food Processor
This is my first large
food
processor
, so I don't have a lot of experience to compare it to. I love this machine! It's easy to use, easy to clean and store, and very heavy duty and good quality. I went by the brand when making my decision and am not dissappointed!

Great purchase
This is the first
food
processor
I have ever purchased and did a lot of research before purchasing this item. It is wonderful, the machine is quiet and sturdy and does an excellent job. The attachments are great and I am so happy with this purchase. I specifically use this to puree vegetables to put in my kids food to make their meals healthier. Overall, five star rating, would highly recommend!
Great purchase!
Slices, dices, shreds with massive power. You should see what this baby can do to a block of mozzarella! I don't think making salsa will ever be the same (because it will be so easy!).
The unit is very heavy, so to get maximum use, be sure to clear some space on the counter.
My only complaint is that this model does not support the juice extractor that kitchen aid makes for other 9
cup
models (only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars). Some sites suggest that their extractor will work on this model, but I emailed Kitchen Aid and they confirmed what others have said, you can't use their extractor on this particular
9-cup
model. Boo.
Great product nonetheless!

Everything I was looking for!
I received this in the mail a few weeks ago. I had been wanting a
food
processor
for a while, being sick of using my previous method of crushing foods, the "culinary hammer" way. (for those of you still without a food processor, it's wrapping your food in a ziploc baggie then taking a small clean hammer to it). This machine works much, much better than that. I would describe myself as an early-twenties, novie-foodie, with a penchant for spanish cuisine. That being said, as someone who is just getting started, I really like this machine. I was used to a tiny, one-
cup
processor my parents used to avoid washing their cumbersome large machine.
While this machine is larger than what I am used to, it's not really a pain in the butt. The blades work well, its easy to clean. It's fairly intuitive to use if you have ever used a food processor before, but might take some getting used to if you have not. So far, I've used it to make hummus, pico de gallo, potato chips (with the slicer blade), aioli, and to cream butter and sugar together (which, those of you out there without a hand mixer know can be more than difficult). My quality of life (in the kitchen, being a lazy person who likes good food) has greatly improved.
I would recommend this machine. But I'm not the veteran chef who can tell you about blade sharpness-holding, or electrical power or whatnot. I just wanted a machine that had buttons that were easy to clean and had enough power to do what I wanted. I've got that.
Easy to use, easy to clean, easy to wonder how I got on without it.

nice but big & clunky
This is a nice machine; but it is very heavy & not easy to move around. It does the job very nicely otherwise.
