Very great shaper for the lower body.
Another gem from the

.LaReine Chabut is awesome and very motivating.This has a twelve minute
aerobic
section that lets you choose twelve minutes or the full effect of twenty something minutes.I usual do the rewind thing a do twenty minutes.It uses the aerobic stool and of course the Firm Fanny lifter.This tape also helped me lose 80 pounds it is wonderful.Another plus is that you get a great lower
body
by the fanny lifter and the tough floor work at the end of it.It has sure shaped my lower body and it will do the same for you.LaReine Chabut is awesome.

PROs
- The routine here is similar to the Jayne Poteet video except that instead of a bar bell, you use dumb bells for the whole work out.
- Like the Poteet video, this has a good combination of exercises and isn't too easy or too hard. It's just right and all you need is use heavier
weights
when you feel that it's getting easy.
- Chabut is a decent instructor with good cueing.
- The stretch routine is nice.
CONs
- I don't like it that you have to rewind the video to do a full 30-minute
aerobic
workout
. That doesn't work for me at all because then I interrupt the aerobic effect to rewind (or click back to that section of the DVD). For this reason, I use this video less than Jayne Poteet's.
