The Air King 12-inch 930 cfm 3-speed oscillating table fan is ideal for use in areas where quiet operation is desirable, such as offices, hospitals, schools, and other locations. This commercial-grade fan has three speeds with airflow measuring 930 CFM on high, 780 CFM on medium, and 620 CFM on low. For added convenience, the head oscillates 90 degrees or can be locked in a fixed position. The 120-volt, 1/50 HP motor is permanently lubricated and operates by front-mounted rotary controls. This OSHA-approved fan also features a powder-coated steel front grill. This fan has 12-inch blades and measures 11.625-by-14.25 by-20.25-inches (LxWxH) and weighs 7 pounds.

I like this fan

I needed a fan that would fit in my kids room somewhere. I have this little baby organizer that you can put diapers, etc, etc in and thats where I hve it at now. Its on the top. I didnt think that the 12" would fit but it does. Its perfect for their room. Their room is so small but it gets so hot in there. This fan works really good. I dont think its any louder than any other fan. All fans make noise. I havent had a problem with this fan and noise. It sounds like any other fan should. I highly recommend this to anyone.

Works Fine, but Seems Expensive

Our office manager recently bought about 25 of these, and they've really come in handy. It's your basic fan, sure, but it has more than enough power to cool off a medium-sized office, it's light, has three speeds, looks well-constructed with reasonably durable compoments, and...it's not ugly.

The first and second speeds are usually enough; in fact, I;ve never put it to the max. That's good, because when I tested it at level 3, the fan sometimes rattled (The noise would probably not be as loud on a non-carpeted surface.) I've had it going all day without any problems: It's powerful enough, it doesn't tip, the oscillator works without a hitch, and it's sufficiently quiet below level 3. Features include...almost nothing. Like most fans, there's a metal guard, and it comes with a safety-mided 3-pronged plug. My only complaint is the price, it was about 50% more expensive than I thought it would cost. Maybe it's just a case of blade inflation.

A breath of air!

Have had this fan for several weeks now and we're very happy with it. Yes, it IS a little noisy at high speed but low and medium have been perfectly fine. When we first got the first fan, it came in damaged and in pieces; when we contacted the vendor (RedeemAir) .. they were extremely quick to correct the problem ... EXCELLENT customer service. We're happy with the fan and VERY happy with the vendor.
