Simply inflate with the handy foot-operated pump(It's included!), fill the base with water, seal with the secure anti-leak closure and you are ready for action. Punch or Kick the Everlast Punching bag 43 inches tall (when fully inflated). Ages 3-10.

Worth the price

If you are looking for aerobic exercise or are limited by space. This punching bag will work well, for the money. Since it is inflatable, the bag is not made for hard punches, but more for technique and get that heart rate up. In my family everyone from a 3 years old to a 40+ has used it and they have enjoyed it.

With two kids ages 5 and 4 this bag takes some serious pummeling. So far it has held up just fine. The kids love to knock it down and watch it pop back up.
