I can't stop eating it -- wish I bought more

I got mine from Costco too the other day. I keep breaking off little chunks of it so I can eat it. The other reviewer said it's a little grainy and crystalline in some places. I actually like it -- gives it a nice, subtle, "lightly crunchy" texture that isn't present in other Parmesan cheeses I've had. Hopefully I'll use it in an actual dish before I eat the whole thing chunk by chunk.

Great flavor. Texture can be slightly grainy or crystaline in areas at times, but not so much to be a problem in recommending product. Costco warehouse sells much cheaper @ +/-$11.00/lb.
