My jeans fit... Woo Hoo!

It's been awhile since I was able to get in my old jeans! Thank you Ravi & Ana!

Between Navel Power, Fat Free Yoga, and a few more of their DVD's I own, I'm looking better and better everyday, and more importantly, less stressed! Keep those DVD's coming! I'm hooked!




Strengthen and Stretch with ease.

Never new abdominal exercise could be so rewarding and satisfying. Power within! Find your inner strengh and push beyond your limits without force and dis-ease. It works so much more than the core muscles. I love Anna's and Ravi's explaination - it's organic psychotherapy - the inner massage of the whole you! Powerful, challenging, but not forcefully so, and uplifting. Total health in a box. A breath of fresh air. Wonderful.

Burn your core with navel power

This is one of the hardest dvds that Ravi and Ana has made. I think it is because my core is not that strong so guess what, a Navel Power dvd that focuses on core/navel would be hard for me! However, I couldn't resist getting the entire collection of Ravi and Ana's dvds even if I wasn't "ready" for it! The background is plain. The music is typical of their dvds. Again, taking the philosophy of I know I'll improve over time, I do what I can during the workout. I add it to my workout after walking as an ab workout. I try to include it in my weekly rotation. I am not a big fan of down dog yoga poses or sun salutations so this type of yoga is very appealing to me. I feel like I get a great ab workout, and it does it differently than my other athletic type fitness dvds.

Best stomach w/o for me

I love this one. It not only focuses on the stomach, it focuses on low back and core strength. I also love the fact that feel that I'm not just working out for vanity, I'm getting closer to myself, as I gain a beautiful stomach. As Ana stated on one of the many DVD's that I have of theirs, "Yoga is the ultimate cross training, it works both the inner and the outer."

Strong Inner/Outer Core

Note: I have the older video version of this product. Living with a yoga teacher, I probably have a collection of over 50 yoga videos, and many different styles. However, I find that I primarily do just a few routines. Ravi's videos are always among my favorite. This DVD is appropriate for people at all levels. This program builds a strong center from the inside out. I find that this program also offers some excellent mental benefits. I tend to have good intuition and feel mentally sharp at work when I do this routine. Most or Ravi's DVDs are done in 4 seventeen minute sessions. However, this program is approximately one hour straight through. This program is particularly good on days when I've overworked my arms or legs. On days when I want a more challenging full body workout I prefer Ravi's Warrior's Workout.
