These long-blade fins are highly recommended for training. Color-coded by size and a closed ankle provide extra support and easy on and off.Fins are sized for men, women's sizes are recommended one size downColors subject to change at manufacturer's discretion.

Great fins and great company

I bought these for my husband. We first got the 9-11 size but they must not be sized according to shoe size and contacted the company. They paid for the return shipping and sent out a larger size.
These fins seem to give my husband the work out he needs in the pool. Heavy duty material. Colors are nice. Different sizes get different colors, I suppose.
A great fin for beginners or experienced swimmers.
