A MUST HAVE Kitchen Appliance
We bought this when it first came out. We used it several times a week, and just LOVED it. We lost some of the pieces when we moved, so I'm in the market for another one. It's so easy to use, and to clean. The blades store neatly, and stack inside of each other. We just love everything about it!

Look, many kitchen gadgets just lay around, taking up space in those dead corners of your cabinets, right? This one could too, except for one thing: the Salad Shooter works GREAT! We buy bulk cheese at CostCo, and shred and freeze it. Want home-made pickle relish? Here's your tool. Shreds olives, pickles, other veggies like carrots, etc. Cole slaw? A snap! We mostly use our cheese
shredder
, and purchased a new cone when we wore out our old one after ten years of shredding ease. Get the Pro
model
, it has a bigger motor and greater capacity for larger shredding. Our kitchen wouldn't be complete without one.

cleaning andchopping
Just bought the professsional salad shooter and it is wonderful. Ithas changed our diet because it is now so easy and quick to shred and slice. But how does one deal with those pesty stains that appear on the parts after you grate carrots. And how would you chop onions
