For years the people of Earth have relied upon the mystical power of the dragon balls to maintain peace and order throughout the planet. But the dragon balls are changing. With each wish made on the balls, a dark force gains power by flooding the positive energy within each dragon balls with more and more negative energy. As a result of their misuse seven evil dragons are born each with unique destructive powers! Feeling responsible for this horrifying new development, Goku sets out to right a very serious wrong!

First of the evil Shenrons

After the defeat of Super Android 17, it's time to use the Dragon Balls again to revive the dead, in particular, Krillin, who's already been revived once by the Earth's Dragon Balls, so I can't see how he can be wished back this time. Anyway, this time, something goes wrong and instead of the dragon granting wishes it splits into seven other dragons who threaten the world. Of course, Goku goes off to deal with the situation and Pan, more eager than ever to prove herself as a fighter, tags along. Goku is apprehensive at first, but Pan actually does quite well against the first few dragons, even mastering the Kamehameha wave. This volume and the next are about as good as Pan gets, so it's worth buying.

didnt really like it is more a intruduction to what happent to dragon balls and the dragons but is no meany action but is good to have it in my collection
