; better than parchment paper! Reduces the need for greasing and flouring pans. Cookies, cakes, and brownies emerge easily from their pans.
Golda cuts SuperParchment to fit cookie sheets, cake pans, loaf pans, and springform pans. Pliable, flexible, wipes clean. Reusable hundreds of times.
Fits a half size baker's sheet (13" × 18").
SuperParchment can be used with either side up. No greasing is necessary. SuperParchment can be used in conventional or microwave ovens without any change in the cooking time. For cookies, place SuperParchment on a cookie sheet (either side up) and place cookies directly on the SuperParchment. Do not grease. Slip the finished cookies off when done. For cake and brownies, line a square, rectangular, or round
baking
pan with SuperParchment by putting it on the bottom of the pan and carefully folding up the corners and sides (or cut a piece of SuperParchment to fit the pan). Allow ten minutes to cool before turning out onto a cooling rack and peeling off the SuperParchment. For pancakes, SuperParchment can be used directly on large pancake griddles. Pour the batter directly onto the SuperParchment. Make sure the sheet does not stick out from the edge of the pancake griddle. To clean, wipe with a damp sponge or paper towel. It can also be washed more thoroughly with soap and water. SuperParchment is not damaged by boiling water or detergents. Do not expose SuperParchment to temperatures in exc

excellent, low cost alternative to Silpat silicone pan liners
I'm a very accomplished home baker, and I've used my Super Parchment resuable pan
liner
s for over 5 years now. I LOVE them. I used them even before I had ever heard of the Silpat silicone liners, and I like them better. Not only are they about 1/4 the cost, but they work beautifully, clean up easily, and they roll right up into a very small diameter and can be tucked away in little space. The Silpats are a much heavier, almost rubbery product. I know they work well too, but they are nearly $20 apiece, and at about $6, you can easily afford 2 or 3 of the Super Parchment. Also, unlike the Silpats, you can cut the Super Parchment to fit any pan size you may have (up to 13" by 17"). I won't consider making cookies without them. They even release almond macaroons with no difficulty, and anyone who bakes those knows how difficult they can be to get off the pan. I've used parchment paper too, and still do for some things, but I simply do not understand why it isn't easier to find Super Parchment, and why more folks don't write about it. Do not hesitate to treat yourself to these liners. You won't be sorry! They also make a nice way to line the cookie sheet you put under a

pie. It truly makes cleaning up the drips no trouble at all. I am securely attached to these liners, and I know you will be too, once you give them a try.

Better than Silpat
These are super easy to use. They are soft and flexible-unlike Silpat. A big plus is that they can be cut to fit round or odd shaped pans.
This is the best product for anyone who bakes
I see another reviewer posted comments 3 years ago - and I concur 100%.
Why aren't these more popular? Easier to find? I am giving them to every friend and relative for Christmas, including 2 children who are professional cooks. I can't imagine
baking
without them. They are little kitchen miracles. I never have been able to get into silpat - just the aesthetics of it - so I can't compare functionality. But when you love something as much as I love Super Parchment, why would you consider anything else?

Worth every penny
These
baking
sheets are usually $20-25 in an upscale kitchen store, so this was beyond a bargain. A few things to be careful of for longevity: do not cut anything on the
liner
, do not use in an oven hotter than 400 degrees and do not let the edges flop over a pan that is too small to accomdate. If you follow these simple suggestions, it should give you literally years of wear - I just threw my 5 year old pan liner out!
