Elegant cakes made easy!

Place your batter in this, bake, cool and then fill the recessed middle with fruit and you have a beautiful looking cake. I used cooking spray even though this is a nonstick pan and the cake came out without a single flaw. My first cake was chocolate and I used cherry pie filling for the topping. Lots of ohhhhhs and yaaaaaaas without the work. Lends itself to a fantastic strawberry short cake! The pan is a solid weight and I expect to get many years of use.
