Brigitte Lin (Dragon Inn, The Bride With White Hair) and Tony Leung Ka-fei (The Lover) stars in this mesmerizing revenge drama. Kin (Leung) asks his wife May (Lin) to embezzle funds from her employer, so that he can repay his gambling debts. When May refuses, Kin plots to kill her by making her death looks like a suicide. However, May survives and returns with a vengeance!

Brigitte Lin rises to the occassion as a wife done wrong by husband, Tony Leung. Fans of Bruce Lee will recognize the father-in-law as a the villian in "Enter the Dragon." The film is well acted and filled with suspence that is sure to keep you guessing until the conclusion. Lin gives an excellent performance as the woman scorned who returns to get her revenge against her double crossing husband. "Lady in Black" is a crowd pleaser that will please fans of the genre.
