nice pan

Nice pan...no stick....cheesecake, my very first, came out perfectly. The pan was easy to use and seems to be a good quality.

Seems to work as advertised

Have had no issues w/ this pan. Haven't used it w/ a water bath yet... that will be the test.

Really no stick

This pan is nice and heavy. I don't think it will dent so easily like my last pan. It is really no stick. I think it would have been better if I didn't grease it at all although I would still put parchment paper on the bottom like I always do.

Superior Quality

I really love this springform pan. It has a nice weight to it and is of first rate quality. I only wish they made the pan in an 8-inch size as well. I had to settle for another vender's pan and though it was similarly priced, it was filmsy.
