chicken definitly tastes better when "beer roasted". makes a little mess in the oven b/c of splatters, but completely minor compared to the results. if you are a family of 4 or more i would suggest getting 2.

Chicken Beer Roaster

When I purchased this item and read the instructions, I was doubtful. But I tried making a roasting chicken with beer and this was the moistest chicken I've ever had. The meat fell off the bones and it was extremely tender. I like that you can use other items too - juice, wine, or probably soup stock.
