Great Value

I owned a pair of cheap cookie sheets that were quite flimsy and starting to warp. Since it was obviously time to start looking for replacements, I wanted to take a step up in quality as well. This product from Wilton really fit the bill. It's very thick and solid, has a good non-stick coating and did a great job of heating evenly in the oven. I haven't owned it for long, but so far I have every hope that it will prove durable.

There are certainly a number of similar products on the market but most seem to be much more expensive. Despite the added cost, I can't see that they have any material advantage of the Wilton Excelle Elite. I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality baking sheet.

The perfect size

I am using this as a tea tray because the more expensive but cheaper looking melamine trays all cracked of their own accord. It fits into the dishwasher without taking up too much room unlike my cookie sheets which are too high to be lined up in the rack.
