Electric timer has digital countdown display and automatic shutoff, with beeper sound at end of cycle. Features settings in half-hour increments, from 4 to 14 hours. With the Donvier yogurt maker, I know exactly what goes in my yogurt and I can add whatever ingredients I want: fresh fruit, honey, maple syrup, homemade strawberry jam. Prep is simple, and a single batch makes enough yogurt for a week's worth of breakfasts.

The only thing you have to think about is the timing. Since the process can take 10+ hours, you need to plan ahead so you're available to put the finished yogurt in the refrigerator when it's done.

Great Yogurt Maker

I have had my Donvier Yogurt Maker for over a year (maybe more) and I love it. I know what's in my yogurt and that makes me happy. I use non-fat milk, and make it plain then add whatever sugar free flavors I want at the time that I eat it. I have also made the yogurt cheese and it is also great. I owned a Salton before this and when I moved it was given away...my bad....anyway, Donvier has saved the day for me. I have the extra jars and the cheese maker. I am very happy with this product.
