In addition to cooking a holiday turkey, several chickens or a roast with vegetables, this multi-cooker also comes with a lift-out poacher for gently cooking fish. Well-fitted handles on both roaster and lid provide stability when lifting. A domed lid traps steam for succulent results and doubles as its own pan for making gravy, holding four quarts.

The best roaster

I was not sure what the size was when we purchased this roaster. It is about 18"L x 9"H x 12"D. It works wonderful, and the clean up was so easy. It is the best roaster I've ever used. Worth every penny!

Does not warp

Says it all. It's heavy enough that it doesn't warp. I can deglaze on the stove. It can go into the dishwasher. The only thing that it can't do is put itself into the oven!
