Fine for carving a chicken or roast, a good size for most prep jobs and attractive enough to make an appearance at the table. Juices run off into the groove to prevent soggy food.

Great little board!

I've had this for 2 months now. I've had absolutely no trouble with it - it's a great size. I routinely abuse cutting boards and I've had absolutely no problem with it warping or splitting. I gave it 5 stars not because it's the most fantastic cutting board ever, but because it's worked just great and cost next to nothing.

update after 7 months - still a keeper!

Watch for Friday Sale. Very nice all purpose board, juice groove is helpful. Food grade or mineral oil from your local pharmacy will keep your board "healthy" without buying the pricey brand oil. Remember to disinfect after raw meats! It's actually best to have a separate board for meats and another for vegetables/fruits.
