This microwave takes most of the guesswork out of defrosting, reheating, and cooking! It has sensor settings for ten of the most popular microwave foods, and for popcorn as well. It also can keep things warm, and it can be programmed for four cooking stages. Powerful and roomy, equipped with a child lock, a timer, and a clock, it's ideal for family use.

Great appliance!

My first Sharp Carousel microwave oven lasted 14 years without any problems. So when it was time to replace it, I bought the R-320HW. I don't normally go for gadgetry but upon trying the sensor settings for hot water and baked potatoes, I really liked them. I no longer had to guess how long it might take to heat those items.

The only issue I have with the new Sharp is that the frozen vegetables sensor setting caused the vegetables' water to boil over. Perhaps it was because I was heating them in a thick mug. It might work better if I used a bowl instead.

Our favorite Microwave

We have had this wonderful Microwave oven for over a month and I can't say enough good things about it. We use it all the time for many different foods, from poaching eggs to making spaghetti, and it all comes out perfectly cooked. We had to modify the cooking times way down from our old oven due to it's high speed. I would highly recommend the Sharp R-320HW especially for the price.

Microwave - Take Two

This is my second Sharp microwave of this same model. My first one lasted several years and I really liked the size and the uncomplicated operation. The touchpad started going out several months ago, and I understand it is too expensive to replace just the touchpad, so I ordered another oven at a great price. Infact, we ordered another one for our daughter and had it shipped right to her door. This is the way to shop!

good consumer service; good product for the price

I purchased the item but had to return it because it was over heating items and sometimes burning them at "normal" temperature. I exchanged it for the same item (I liked the price!); the replacement item was received quickly and seems to be working just fine! Customer service was very good.
