No magazine, no service, no refund: A complete joke

As far as I can tell, this magazine flat-out does not exist.
I ordered a one-year (four-issue) subscription (for about $50) in January 2006 through Amazon, and as I write this, in early December 2006, I have yet to see a single issue.
I've called Magazine Express, Amazon's "provider," at least four times about this.
The guy I talked to in early September never called back.
The woman I talked to in late September, almost three weeks later, said that they hadn't heard back yet from the magazine's publisher. WTF? The publisher is in France, not on Mars....
In early October, the same woman told me that the issues were running late, but that issues 42 and 43 should be arriving in a week or two. They didn't.
I spoke with the same woman for the third time at the end of November, at which point she promised me that she would check into it and call me back no later than Dec. 4. She didn't.
And if I complain to Amazon, I'm sure they'll point to the fact that the magazine's page on their site indicates that subscriptions are uncancellable.
If you want this magazine, find a different way to get it, because you'll never get anything from Amazon or Magazine Express.
I've been a real Amazon fan, with the wish list, the Amazon Visa card and the whole bit, but this has really stained Amazon's integrity in my eyes.
