Quality Product

The 6 piece set was more than I actuallly needed, but I didn't know where I was going to mount the speed bag and so I got the whole kit. The speed bag is really good quality and the swivel is better than I thought it was going to be. It is nice to have both the wrap and the gloves if you are a beginner because you may find that one suits you better than the other. I did not end up using the platform but the frame leads me to believe that it is very sturdy. The jump rope, ah, the jump rope is a nice touch and it is nice to have, but i's nothing special.
If you are looking for a fun and challenging arm workout the speed bag is a lot of fun to learn. It is not about punching something as hard as you can it is about controlling your punch. I like it, it's fun and it's a really good outlet on very bad days.

Bought it as a gift

I can't vouch for anything about assembling or using this item. But, when I checked the order to see if it was correct, the bag that was supposed to be black leather was instead a weird rubbery red bag. I thought I was paying this high price because there was a leather one included. I contacted Amazon and they were extremely helpful: Told me to send it back in and they'd send another one express shipping. I received the other one, and it turned out to be the same type of bag. So, I haven't checked the page to see if it has changed, but I wanted to let people know what they are going to be ordering if they decide to buy this product.

Go for better quality

This is a good deal for the price. But when it comes to tools and gym equipment, better quality is always best! This is acceptable but not great!
