We got a deep-fat fryer for Christmas and this is fun to use with it. We make perfect tortilla shells by dropping them in the fryer basket and pushing down on them with this doodad. Works great.great idea I'm from germany, so I know the WMF name brand stands for quality. So I had no qualms ordering this product from Amazon. It works great for the Fry-daddy - my husband is actually the one using it, and he is thrilled! Another great product from WMF. I am getting the soup ladle now, can't wait! The price is probably better than in Germany too!
