As each
Hisss
snake
slithers its way across the playing area, it introduces color identification and visual logic: Does it make sense to have a snake with two tails and no head' Are those two colors the same or not' Even elementary counting skills come into play during scoring at the end of the
game
. No reading required. For 2 to 5 players.
Great game for preschoolers
I love this
game
because it doesn't involve any holding of
card
in a small hand, it can entertain my child for over an hour, it teaches colors (and counting, as you have to count your pieces at the end). I have purchased many card games and board games recently for my almost-4-year-old son and this is in the top 3 for sure. I do agree that I need an extra set of card to make the game last longer. Definitely play on the floor or on a large table.

Fun game, great gift
This
game
is quick to play and quite fun. Very durable and a great bargain. This is my favorite gift for preschooler birthday parties.
seven year old grand-daughter can't play this game enough!
I ordered this
game
so that I could play it with my grandchildren when they visited. My seven year old grand-daughter wants to play this game over and over again! She loves it so much I ordered a second so she can have one at her house. The game involves thinking and planning but it doesn't seem like an "educational" game. I highly recommend this game for children from 5 to 8 years old.
Hissing Along
My kids love this
game
and love to put all of the
card
s end to end to see how long the
snake
s can get. I love
Gamewright
's line... they are so
colorful
and reasonably priced, always a winner in our family.

family game
My nephews are in school but my neice is only 3 so I was looking for a
game
their entire family could play together. They really like this game and it was easy to start. Some rules seemed a little vague but they just play their own way.
