More music for restfulness

This was Mom's most favorite of the CDs I got her for Christmas. She is soothed at bedtime, or when she may wake in the middle of the night. She also enjoys this music during the day for its calming effect.

"Easy Listening"

Easily recognized orchestral classics are a nice break from contemporary music and are a quick pick-me-up.
