I used this to connect my ps/2 keyboard and mouse to a Mac mini. It worked straight out of the box. In my experience, other adapters do not work with the Mac.

This is the 6th adapter I've purchased, and it works flawlessly!

The other 5 failed miserably.

My setup is a Mac Mini and a Power Mac connected through a Cybex Commander Autoview 8 port KVM switch driven by a PS2 wheel mouse, PC 104 keyboard, and wide screen flat panel display.
