More than music missing

This story is great and the stars are young and green but it's worth watching. If I remember correctly the boathouse scene has been cut completely. I'm pretty sure back in the 80's at the movies we got to see them undress and the heavy petting was there. This version cuts back to Randy and Angel getting dressed having missed the whole scene. :(
YES, the original score is different too. Can someone tell me why that happens? Why... when things go to VHS are they different from the movie theater version that we all remember and think that's what were buying!!
Still a good flick and Kristy McNichol is the best in this one...showing how emotional your first time can be for a girl and Dillon was just tender enough...almost. ENJOY

Good old days

Wish I could go back to camp. Love the old times. Wish I could bring them back. Kristy McNichol and Tatum O'Neal were awesome.

Ah one of the great lost teen movie masterpieces!

Every year or two I check to see if this is in DVD yet and here we are in 2008 and still no dice. *sigh*

Little Darlings Review

The movie was as great as I remembered it. The box was a little dirty but the quality of the tape was excellent seeing how old the movie was. The packaging was well done and arrived within the specified time frame. I was a little put off seeing a note in the package that not all items the seller has is personally reviewed prior to sale. It made me feel as if I had a possible dilemma on my hands which no one wants. I am thankful I didn't. The note did state if there was a problem to contact the seller to correct whatever situation was necessary.

Little Darlings is a great movie for it's time.

This is one of my favorite movies from my growing up years. I bought this tape a few years ago and it was just as I remembered, except they took out the part where the girls came forward to the camp director and told her the whole story.
This was a real important part of the story and contributes to the moral. I wish they had just stuck with the original version.
I hope when (or if) they come out with this movie in DVD, they will include the "confession"Little Darlings
