Written by leading scholars, each title in the "
Introduction
to
Law
"
series
contains comprehensive treatment in black-letter style. Featuring footnotes citing to case law, statutory and other authorities, these volumes are ideal for in-depth research on particular issues and points of law.
Used with Con Law by Chopin
Recommended by my Con
Law
professor. Very helpful for the Chopin 10th edition, except in regards to gay rights, because gay rights cases fall under both equal protection and due process. This book did not address gay rights cases, such as Loving and Lawerence under both sections, where my textbook did. Also, state action enforcing the CRA 1964 is more towards the beginning of Chermerinsky, where its at the end in my textbook. Beyond that, EXCELLENT book. Chemerinksy took material that my professor spent three days on and summarized it in three sentences at the beginning of the section and then went into more in-depth throughout. Very clear and understandable.

Need to have this if using Chemerinsky's Textbook
This is a must have supplement for all students using Chemerinsky's Con
Law
text book. Lays out rules & tests w/o having to search through page after page of dense supreme court opinions. Service was excellent & quality of my order was just as described. No complaints!
Helpful supplement
I am very satisfied thus far with using this as a supplement to Chemerinksy's
Constitutional
Law
3rd Edition.
constitutional law: principles & policies
I love this book!!! It's really good with the Chermerinsky con
law
book. It goes through the same cases and uses some of the same language. I really recommend this book.
better late than never?
The book itself is fine. The problem was the book was never sent to me. I ordered it Jan 21 and didn't receive it until Feb 18.
