Unless You are pregnant of have various
pain
s throughout your body, don't get this book. It focuses a lot on fixing pains you might not have, so to that degree it seems like a waste of money. But it does have some decent exercises that are easy to do; I just didn't need a whole book on just fixed my gluteal and sciatic pain, exercises for which the book does have some good advice.
