ideal for interested student of thermodynamics
This book was recommended to me by my
Thermodynamics
professor when I told him I wish to learn more in the subject. At first the content was hard to grasp but when I kept on reading it all made sense bit by bit. I started understanding all little basics of Thermodynamics that were always hidden in my mind. I first started studying Thermo from a book by Rayner Joel. A good book for beginner but never goes into much details and does not answer those fundamental questions that always seem to keep you away from loving the subject. That sense of the unknown is diminished to a great extent by this book. This book deals more with the physics than mathematics of the thermodynamics. ideal for a graduate or even interested undergraduate student in
engineering
. It gives more importance to understanding the first principles than overwhelming you with the math and unwanted information like some other books. Go ahead and buy this one if you want to fall in love with Thermodynamics.
