Powerful Stuff

I won't go into detail about the content of this book because it was a good read but nothing earth shattering. What has CHANGED MY LIFE is the CD that's included with the book.

After going through a long and discouraging job search, I felt pretty beat up. Listening to this CD has given me back my sense of "self" and propelled me to go back to school, finish my degree, and teach (which is what I wanted to do 30 years ago). I have also gained confidence that set me on a path to once again start doing some of the things I used to love but lost along the way. Thank you Paul McKenna.

Freaking Ignorant....

people shouldn't go around bad mouthing things they haven't tried. Even if McKenna's PhD isn't legit, it doesn't mean he can't use knowledge on the psyche to help people. While I haven't read this book, I have audio recordings McKenna's done and they have done phenomenal things for me. Don't let some ignorant prick dissuade you from taking a look at this book and what it may do for you.

Enjoyable!

I enjoyed this. I have read a few confidence enhancing books this year and really did enjoy this one. I liked the style which was simple and the content was very useful and easy to apply.
Lots of it is common sense.

Pay no attention to the vitriol of the reviewer below. McKenna won his court case against claims that he knowingly bought his doctorate from a disreputable university. He also won a previous case brought against him. And if you have Sky TV, he is on TV over the last year with shows about confidence, fat loss etc. His reputation in the UK is pretty good.

I bought this book recently, which also contains a CD. I thought it was a well researched book containing practical ways to self help which is always handy unless you are a person bubbling over with confidence already, in which case this book is not for you!!! A lot of what Paul is saying is commonsense but none-the-less I feel sure that it is worth it's money. From Meryl Heasman (songwriter) CATFLAP MUSIC.
