I am a fan of Thomas More's writing, but I am generally not a fan of daily devotionals. In the case of this particular devotional, snippets of More's writing are place in "short" sections for each day which range from a couple of lines in length to multiple pages.

While this is the writing of St. Thomas More, it seems badly misplaced. It would seem the purpose of a daily devotional would be to parallel a passage with a particular time of year or day to be recognized such as Christmas. Yet the writing just seem to be randomly disorganized thought the editor seems to have a loose theme for each month. I would recommend reading St. Thomas More's writings in their proper context as opposed to random entries.
