Prepare to enter a fantasy world. A world where clothes get folded just so, delicious dinners await, and flatulence is just not that funny. Give the fairer sex what they really want beautiful PG photos of hunky men cooking, listening, asking for directions, accompanied by steamy captions: 'I love a clean house!' or 'As long as I have two legs to walk on, you'll never take out the trash.' Now this is porn that will leave women begging for more!

And why aren't they naked?

Artistic shots of men doing housework would have worked better if they were tastefully nude. Calling a fully-dressed man holding a Hoover porn is as misleading as calling a fully-dressed woman holding a spanner porn. I don't think this is offensive, and the people ranting about it give me a case of WTF? But seriously - a tip for next time... a man wearing nothing but rubber gloves and a smile would fit the title better.

Misuse of the word porn

In the porn that I enjoy, there is sex. Graphic. that's what "porn for women" is, just like porn for men.

What this book presents is wish fulfillment-- and that's fine too. But it's a wish fulfillment that has nothing to do with porn.

If some reviewers seem angry about this joke, remember there has been a battle to get to the point where women can say, out loud, that they have their own sexual preferences, and many of us do like graphic erotic content.

The battle is still being fought. And to pretend that this is the kind of porn we have been fighting for, is a wee bit insulting to the warriors, so to speak.
