It is exactly what it says it is, and considering there are so few left handed instruction books for guitar, this would be a must have for the lefties out there. Unfortunately, I buy all kinds of guitar books, and I'm embarrassed to say that I didn't pay attention on this purchase -- I'm right handed. Doh. Nevertheless, I gave it to my friends who is a guitar player AND left handed and he says it's been great for him.
