Science has recently begun to prove what ancient myth and religion have always espoused: There may be such a thing as a life force.

In this groundbreaking classic, investigative journalist Lynne McTaggart reveals a radical new paradigm?that the human mind and body are not separate from their environment but a packet of pulsating power constantly interacting with this vast energy sea, and that consciousness may be central in shaping our world.

The Field is a highly readable scientific detective story presenting a stunning picture of an interconnected universe and a new scientific theory that makes sense of supernatural phenomena. Documented by distinguished sources, The Field is a book of hope and inspiration for today's world.

wow!

Probably my favorite book ever. Read half of it in the bookstore and then had to to buy it! (from amazon) - Recently, i've been addicted to the book Live Like A Fruit Fly - also on amazon :)

the field

This is the most penetrating and illuminating discourse on the hidden fabric of space that I have come across. Read it a few times and you too will gain the intuitive understanding of why our presence in this universe is so important.

Power of the Unseen

Take a trip into the mystical part of life.
Water has memory? McTaggart does a wonderful
job of putting together the power of the
unseen.

Awesome book

It explains in full depth what the Field is all about. The book opens your mind into new realms and way of being. Great book.

Interesting topic, challenging science

The Field was recommended by a friend. While the book unveiled interesting ideas and cited scientific experiments supporting the conclusions, the style of writing left me struggling to connect the dots. Lynne McTaggart is a journalist, unfolding details from many sources to solidify the conclusion of the existence of "the field", but not so much a story teller. I appreciated receiving the information; I had a challenge to finish the book.
