Worth it

Gives you a good wieght workout for busy people. If thats what you need it is well worth the money.

For those who say the info is available in other spots that is True but I do not want to do that research. I'd rather pay the money.


You will get great results from the workouts shown in this book

I am a certified weight consultant & the author of Asian Slim Secrets. While I don't agree 100% with Jorge's approach on eating, I give him full credit on his exercise regimen. You will get great results from the workouts shown in this book. However the workouts can be challenging for an obese person.
