Not just for ADD students

I bought this book for my son who has ADD and is starting college. I ended up giving it to my niece who does not have ADD but is starting nursing school. I am also getting a copy for my daughter who again does not have ADD but is in medical school. It is an excellent reference for all college students. It puts away the two hours of study for every hour of class myth we all heard but did not follow. It is very realistic and takes into account all aspects of a student's life.
