Little shifts are life-changing

Rapid fundamental changes are transforming our world, and each woman's individual vision is part of that change.

Try this on: Whenever you make a change in your life, no matter how tiny, you change the whole thing. You can tap into your imagination and creativity to create a better future for yourself and the planet, using such tiny steps that anyone can do them, even with a busy, demanding schedule.

Your imagination is your premium resource. Use it to make little shifts of attitude, belief and action. Every little shift is a radical act! You'll be amazed at how they accumulate.

Includes encouragement, inspiration and practical approaches that take hardly any time at all, such as Stopping, Breathing, Connecting, Asking, Using Intuition, Imaginative Play, also writing exercises, simple creative projects, and resources for those who want to make bigger changes.

Such Great Stuff, Wish the Delivery Was More Clear.....

There are nuggets of gold throughout this "shift-oriented book" and my main concern is that they were organized in a way that made them easier to discover.

The chapters are chunky, too long - and great stuff could easily get lost in the shuffle.

Another idiosyncracy is that the book was intentionally written for women, on page 5 the author states it is specifically for women so why not title it something like "Little Shifts for Women" or something like that? Luckily I am a woman, but I couldn't help but wonder, "What if I was a man?"

All that being said - the beginning and the ending of the book had two particular pieces which make my complaints seem like drivel, both little shift ideas that could literally rock your world.

Author Suzanna Beth Stinnett is on to something grace-filled with these two simple practices which are based in forgiveness and intention which could set your life on a new refreshed course. These are worth the investment price of this slim volume.

Other than that, if there is a revision planned - shorter, "littler" chapters and add "Women" to the title. Make the book more user friendly... because I can't help but wonder if there were other great suggestions that got lost in the structure of the book itself?
