Excellent, particularly for relaxation

I ordered this from the Vine program because I have a relative who is very spiritual and has a hard time relaxing, even at the end of a full day; it has worked wonders. The author, from what I understand, has a fantastic synthesis of Chinese/Buddhistic techniques that get one "in touch with the divine". One of the meditative techniques involves a relaxation of the spine which she adores. I would recommend to anybody who just wants to chill out and discover some profound ideas at the same time. Great!

Great Little Book with Common Sense Solutions and Insights

Soul Wisdom is a perfect title for this book. It is all about our sould journey and healing emotions, events, situations that are currently occuring or happened in our past. It requires an open mind as some of the statements and discussions of the book mention past lives, but if you keep your mind open and go with the flow you may find the book quite useful like I did.

For example, honestly is a virtue I honor and I am one of those blunt people that can sometimes, not intentionally make people feel bad. The book cautions that honestly is the best policy, but how to harness that honestly from a place of love and concern, so that it is not delivered in a harsh manner. This was a hard pill for me to swallow but I opened myself up and I always believe honestly is the best policy regardless, but state my peace, without having to have my ego attached it.

The Book also discuss GRATITUDE. How an active Gratitude causes us to experience more gratitude and more prosperity in our loves. The book is a great tool and also comes along with a great CD for those looking to start making changes in lives. I would say it is a great book as a gift for a love one or friend .

A little out there for me.

While the subject matter seems good, and it has glowing reviews from other respected authors, I found the language to be a bit out there for me - such as the use of terms like "divine downloads," which I still don't understand, even after reading about them. I don't know, I just felt like I was reading another language or something, so I didn't really get much out of it.
